There's a thing called STEAM Junior happening for kids aged 4 to 8. It's a casual gathering at the Bunbury Public Library where the little ones can get stuck into a mix of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Maths. Think along the lines of making tiny volcanoes explode (safely, mind you, no actual lava warnings for the library) and trying to build towers that might just stay standing for a moment. The idea is for them to have a bit of a laugh and explore their imaginations with some hands-on shenanigans.

You can find this happening every Tuesday afternoon in September, specifically on the 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd. It runs from 3:30 PM until 4:15 PM, which is probably just enough time to get messy before dinner. Good news is, it won't cost you anything and you don't even need to bother with bookings. Just show up if you fancy it.
