Bunbury Public Library's Makerspace runs an after school programme for kids aged 8 to 15 during October. Each session blends science, technology, engineering, art and maths through hands on experiments and activities — think Lego bridge building, designing a capsule that survives a drop and trying to make the tallest tower without it toppling over.

Sessions are on Thursday 16, Thursday 23 and Thursday 30 October 2025 from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm at Bunbury Public Library, 2 Parkfield St, Bunbury WA 6230. The usual monthly rotation is first Thursday STEAM, second Thursday Lego Club, third Thursday Tech Club, fourth Thursday Art Club and fifth Thursdays (if they occur) are for finishing unfinished projects. The programme is free and bookings are not required.
