Heading to the if your kids uniforms resemble Swiss cheese. On Thursday 22 January 2026 from 10am to 12.30pm you can learn to patch holes fix seams swap buttons and tweak hems in a hands-on session. Suited to total newbies or anyone whose needle skills faded since school sewing class.

It is $5 a pop at Withers Community Library on 33 Hudson Road South Bunbury WA 6230. Handy for stretching those uniforms lifespan saving a bit of cash and dodging the landfill with less textile drama all while picking up a skill that might impress the family one day.
