On Wednesday 21 January 2026 from 2 pm to 3 pm, kids aged 4 to 12 can swing by Withers Community Library at 33 Hudson Road, Withers, WA 6230, for Pirate Craft. Its a free session where they will cobble together a pirate hat from construction paper, cardboard and basic supplies, plus a colourful paper parrot to perch on their shoulder, because every self respecting pirate needs a feathered sidekick that does not talk back.

Expect some fine motor skill practice and a boost to creativity, setting the stage for endless pretend adventures on the high seas, or at least the backyard. Bookings are essential, so do not turn up empty handed.
