What is Bringing up Great Adolescents?

The Bringing Up Great Adolescents program is designed to help parents navigate the challenging adolescent years. This program enables parents and carers to understand the adolescent brain in the context of teenage behaviour and nurtures the parent/adolescent relationship.

With Deb's expert guidance, you'll find yourself equipped with the skills and knowledge to support your teen through this challenging time and emerge as a strong family unit.

This is a FREE seven-session parenting program for parents and carers of children aged 10 - 16 years.
