This Mother's Day, guests are invited to treat Mum to an unforgettable experience overlooking the RiverBank Estate vineyards in the Swan Valley.

Enjoy a chef-crafted three-course lunch or dinner, starting with canapés on arrival - the perfect way to celebrate the most important woman in your life.

On Arrival
• Stone-baked mini sourdough loaf with jalapeño, tomato relish, garlic confit, and whipped butter

Amuse bouche (one per person)
• Tomato gazpacho with avocado mousse and seared tuna

Entrées
• Crispy pork belly with parsnip purée, pickled shallots, and red wine jus
• Exmouth prawns with capers, gherkins, potato, dill, crème fraîche, and quail egg

Mains
• 45-day dry-aged eye fillet (200g) with truffle potato purée, molasses-glazed heritage carrot, black garlic crumb, red wine shiraz jus, bone marrow, and green pepper butter

• Pan-roasted Coral trout with zucchini “spaghetti,” saffron and champagne beurre blanc, fennel pollen, and baby celery

• Vegan/gluten-free/dairy-free tomato concassé stuffed with herb pea green lentils on grilled portobello mushroom, with house-made vegan cashew cheese and dill oil

Desserts
• Figs and honey parfait with pistachio brandy snaps and cherry-lime gel
• Tiramisu bread-and-butter pudding with salted caramel sauce and Amaretto ice cream

Kids’ Menu
• Panko-crumbed chicken tenders with chips and salad
• Beef skewers with chips and salad

Kids’ Dessert
• Mini rocky road pizza with Nutella, marshmallow, maraschino cherries, and vanilla bean ice cream

Sitting Times
• Lunch: 11:30am or 1:00pm FULLY BOOKED
• Dinner: 6:00pm or 7:00pm - TABLES AVAILABLE

• Kids (2–9): $45 per child
