Fancy a laid-back morning chatting with David J. Morgan, the bloke behind the historical adventure audiobook Mangadoo, complete with some tunes thrown in. Picture this: a young convict named George Nolan gets shipped off to the Swan River Colony by mistake, and suddenly hes dodging horse thieves, stirring up rebellions, and scraping by in the brutal outback of colonial Western Australia. Its all narrated by the talented Lewis Fitz-Gerald, who makes the whole cast of rogues and settlers feel like theyre right there, squabbling over scraps of history.

David will spill the beans on what sparked the tale, how he pieced it together creatively, and the deep dives into dusty archives that kept it authentic, without any of the usual author pretension. Its a free gig, but spots are tight, so book ahead if you want in.
