Head to Bunbury Public Library for the Stitch and Create workshop, where kids get to cobble together their own felt animal bag tag for the school bag. Stitch up pre-punched felt pieces, which even saves you from turning into a human pincushion, stuff the thing with soft wadding, add some decorations to make it uniquely wonky, and clip it on so it can flap around on the way to class.

Its a freebie for children aged 5 and up, no sewing know-how required since all materials are sorted, but spaces are tight so snag a ticket. Kicks off Tuesday 6 January 2026 at 10:30 am until 11 am, right at 2 Parkfield St, Bunbury WA 6230, Australia.
