A laidback get-together for family carers to swap ideas on fun, dementia-friendly activities you can do at home, pick up some practical tips, and have a yarn with others facing the same juggling act. It zeroes in on what the person with dementia can still manage, helping keep their independence and wellbeing on track without turning your lounge room into a circus.

Geared towards family members caring for loved ones with dementia, not the professionals in health or aged care. Its free, but spaces are tight so snag a ticket. On Wednesday 20 May 2026 from 10am to 12.30pm at Bunbury Public Library, 2 Parkfield St, Bunbury WA 6230, Australia.
