Grab your favourite mug and join us for Book Chat, where we swap stories over a cuppa and explore what everyone's been reading lately. This isn't your usual book club where you're forced into a literary straightjacket. Instead, we invite you to bring along whatever's currently gracing your nightstand, whether it's a bestseller, a hidden gem, or something that might just qualify as a guilty pleasure.

We meet on the second Friday of each month from 10am to 11am, so mark your calendars for 11 April 2025. This month's theme? Books that have been translated—because who doesn't love a good story that's taken multiple trips around the world before landing in your hands? We'll all be diving into different titles, sparking conversations about a variety of authors, styles, and yes, maybe even a bit of cultural confusion. It's free to join but do let us know you're coming, so we can save you a seat at the table.
