So Frothstock is back. That thing that happened last year where the place was packed and the roof allegedly took some damage. Now it's Frothstock 2, though the full name is "The Altercations, Noise Abatement and First Offence," which sounds more like a council meeting agenda than a music festival. But that's probably appropriate for an evening of loud punk, rock, and grunge from the era when people actually went to Big Day Out or Soundwave or, if you're feeling really nostalgic, Woodstock. If you missed the first one, this is your chance to show up and see what all the shouting was about. If you were there last time, you already know the crowd gets rowdy and the singalongs are nonstop.

The whole thing is happening on Saturday, 27 June 2026, starting at 8 pm at Froth Craft Bunbury on Victoria Street. General admission is $39.30, which is a bit less than what you'd pay for a decent argument at a pub. It's within driving distance of Bunbury if you're not already in town, and if you are in town, well, you can probably hear it from your house. Just a heads up that it's going to be loud, and the subtitle might as well be a warning. But that's the point.
